Tutu & Headband Options

Tutus are actually what started it all for us here at 3cousincrafts. Both of us have daughters and we started our new venture by making tutus for our girls. It wasn't long before we were making them for friends and we had the thought to branch out and start this business.

We have numerous tutu options. We can make them in all sizes from infant to adult. If you would like to order a tutu, you just need to tell us what size and we are ready to go. We can also make them in various lengths. Whether you want one short and fluffy or long and full, we can do it all.

We can also make them in various levels of "fullness" as we call it. We have basic tutus that are a single layer, full tutus that have 2 layers and extremely full tutus that can have 3 layers depending on your preference. In addition, basic tutus can be ribbon wrapped with a ribbon around the top of the tutu for added flair.

In addition to lengths, sizes, and fullness levels, we can make tutus in a variety of colors. Nothing is off limits (subject to tulle color availability). Whether you want a tutu to be all one color, such as a solid black for a cat costume at Halloween, or maybe 2 colors to match your favorite sports team, we can get it done for you.

In addition to tutus, we can make corresponding headbands. We can also make headbands that stand on their own for everyday wear. We actually specialize in two types of headbands/bows. We offer a fluffy bow or a more streamlined bow to fit your personal preferences.

Wreath Options

Wreaths are just one of the many items that we enjoy creating and love to customize for our customers. As a matter of fact, we actually have more than one style of wreath to fit your personality and vision. Today, we want to share with you the two types of wreath that we create at this time. Wreaths are great for dressing up an outside door or even inside your home. 

It all started with what we refer to as a tutu-inspired wreath. This wreath is fluffier than its counterpart and can be customized to fit any sports team, holiday, or occasion. We can do these wreaths as 12", 10" or 8" (however, with added tulle their size may range 2"-4" more than the base size). We can use as many (or as few) colors as you would like. We can add embellishments such as ribbons, bows, letters, or other fun items to complete your vision.

Eventually, we decided to branch out and bring another wreath option to the table. We started creating more streamlined wreaths. These custom wreaths are typically 10" diameters in the center but the added tulle can make them upwards of 16" in diameter once completed. (Other sizes may be available upon request.) Due to their larger size options, these wreaths are perfect for larger doors or to make a grand statement. These wreaths are great for holidays, sports teams, or anytime. We can also add numerous embellishments such as letters, ribbons, bows, and other items. Just as with our other wreath option, we can use as many, or as few, colors as you prefer.

We have created some general wreaths fitting specific holidays or sports teams, but we have also created custom wreaths to fit a specific customer's vision. We will be sharing more of those wreaths in the coming days. 

If you see a wreath you like, please let us know. Most wreaths can be recreated, subject to embellishment availability; however, we can also create wreaths that fit your personalized vision. Our wreath-making skills are growing all the time and we are constantly trying new options to make different types of wreaths. We will share those wreaths as they become available.

Welcome!

Hi everyone! Welcome to the 3cousincrafts blog! We are excited to have another outlet to share all of our creations with you as well as a little bit about ourselves.

3cousincrafts is run by Julie and Kristen. We are sisters-in-law that share a love of all things crafty. When we started thinking one day about how we both love to create tutus and other fun items (specifically ones that involve using tulle... our specialty), we decided that we would like to combine our crafting minds and create a business creating and selling our creations. Alas, 3cousincrafts was born.

You might ask about our name, so we will explain. 3cousincrafts is named for our 3 children. Our kids love one another and having cousins is awesome, so we wanted to create a name for our business that reflected our family connection. You might periodically see one of our girls modeling a tutu. The one boy of the group isn't as keen on wearing tutus so you probably won't find him being our little model.

Like we stated, our specialty is tulle. We have mastered the art of creating tutus, wreaths, and headbands but we have our eyes on other crafts too. We can also create hairbow holders, graphic art, and other specialty items. One of our goals is to provide customized items for our customers, specific to them.
