Our New Mesh Wreaths

We are expanding our horizons here at 3cousincrafts! We have decided to branch out and start making mesh wreaths. We love our tulle wreaths and they are great for so many purposes, but we know that sometimes our customers (and ourselves) want to make a grander statement than a tulle wreath allows.

So, without further ado, we give you our new mesh wreaths!

Thus far, we have focused on fall wreaths. We have created a couple of wreaths that are strikingly similar at this point, but we are getting ready to expand and add additional mesh wreaths.

We can create a wreath to your specifications. Multiple colors are available as well as various embellishments.

Our basic fall wreath is listed as $50 plus shipping/delivery fee. Additional add-ons can be added, such as sunflowers, for additional cost. Please note, that because our wreaths are created to order, that embellishments may differ slightly than these pictures. Embellishments are subject to availability but will be comparable to what you see pictured. Additionally, if you order a customized wreath, we are often able to provide embellishment options for you to choose from.

Contact us to order your mesh wreaths. Let us know exactly what you are looking for and we will work with you to make your vision become a reality.

Stay tuned for Christmas wreaths in the coming weeks!

Halloween (and a tutu sale!!!)

We love our holidays around here. From the decorations to the fun family times and everything in between. One of our favorite holidays is quickly approaching, so we wanted to share a few of the things we can do that can complete your Halloween.

To start, we specialize in creating custom tutus for your child (or you). As detailed in our prior post, we can create these tutus in a variety of sizes, colors, and lengths.

Over the years, we have created tutus to complete costumes such as cats, dogs, and even Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz. We would love to create your perfect tutu to complete your outfit.

In addition to tutus, we can also create spooky decor for your home. We have created various Halloween themed wreaths. We can create these wreaths in both styles that we offer. Whether witches, ghosts, spiders, or other creepy crawly inhabitants are your choice of theme, we can do it all.

Contact us today to order your perfect tutu or Halloween wreath.

SALE ALERT!!!! October 1-31 we are offering all infant/child tutus for $20. Additionally, we are offering 20% off adult tutus.

Customization

We strive to make one of a kind creations, tailoring each order to fit the specific needs and visions of the customer. From color selection, to graphic, to embellishments, our customers select and approve everything before we begin creating.

Recently, we had a customer contact us wanting A Nightmare Before Christmas wreath. She was getting married in coming weeks, and also wanted her new last name's initial displayed prominently on the wreath. Neither of us at 3cousincrafts had seen A Nightmare Before Christmas, so we quickly did a google search to help envision the theme for this wreath.

With the help of the customer, we decided on a black, white, and purple color scheme for the wreath. The customer's favorite characters are Jack and Sally and wanted to somehow incorporate them into the wreath. We again turned to google for help, and soon found custom Jack and Sally ribbon on Esty.

With the ribbon in hand, our joined vision of the wreath became clear! The tulle on the wreath would be black and white stripped, with the large whimsical monogram done in purple glitter. The Jack and Sally ribbon would be used to create a large bow at the top, creating the main focal feature of the wreath.

Once the foam was wrapped with the tulle, we began creating the glittery monogram. This is a painstaking slow task, as the letter has to be painted with glue and then glitter applied by hand. All sides of the letter were coated and covered, and then coated and covered again, with drying time in between, The end result is pretty amazing though - and it was certainly a one-of-a-kind whimsical letter!

The ribbon posed a challenge. It was 1" thick grosgrain and alone would not produce a large enough bow to top this wreath and make a statement. We found wider, wire-edged black and white ribbon (in a subtle pattern that would not detract from the Jack and Sally ribbon) and then hot glued the Jack and Sally ribbon down the center of the black and white ribbon. This created a wide ribbon to make a centerpiece bow for the top of the wreath.

Overall, this wreath was one of the more labor intensive that we have completed, but also one of our favorites!

Do you have a favorite movie or book you would like made into a wreath? Let us make your vision come to life!
